Agreement
By using Wish-Birthday.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Wish-Birthday.com is an independently run website; in these terms "we" and "us" mean the person who operates it, contactable at contact@wish-birthday.com.
What you may do with our wishes
Personal use is unrestricted, and this is the whole point of the site. Copy any birthday message here and send it to whoever you like — by text, email, WhatsApp, social media, in a card, in a speech, or written in icing on a cake. No credit is required, no fee is payable, and you do not need to ask us.
Images produced by our tools — cake images, cards and invitations — may likewise be used freely for personal purposes, including sharing them on social media.
What you may not do
- Republish our collections, in whole or in substantial part, on another website, in an app, or in printed products offered for sale.
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site by automated means, other than ordinary search engine indexing.
- Use tool-generated images commercially without written permission. Ask us at contact@wish-birthday.com.
- Present our written material as your own work.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.
The distinction is straightforward: sending an individual message to someone you know is exactly what this site is for. Copying our pages to build a competing site is not.
Intellectual property
All written content on this site was created for this site and is protected by copyright, which we own. The site name, wordmark and logo are ours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Wishes you send us
If you submit a birthday wish for possible publication, you confirm that you wrote it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and distribute it on this site. You keep ownership of what you wrote. We may credit you by first name, or not publish it at all.
The tools
Our tools are provided free and as-is. They run in your browser, and we do not store what you type into them, which also means we cannot recover it for you. Save or download anything you want to keep before you close the tab.
Accuracy
We take care with the historical, chart and astrological information in our tools, but we provide it as-is and cannot guarantee it is error-free. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind — see our disclaimer for detail.
Third-party links
We link to external sites and are not responsible for their content, products or policies. A link is not an endorsement.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site — including any consequence of a message you chose to send, or of the site being unavailable.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the site operator is resident. Nothing here removes any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
