Birthday Invitation Maker
Fill in the details, pick a look, download. The templates cover kids' parties, milestone birthdays, dinners and surprise parties, and each one comes in two sizes — print for paper, and a tall format that fits a phone screen properly when you send it in a chat.
What to Put on the Invitation
- Whose birthday it is, and the age if it's a children's or milestone party
- Date and start time, plus an end time for children's parties so parents can plan
- The address, with a parking or entrance note if it's not obvious
- RSVP details and a deadline — a week before is usually enough
- Anything guests need to know: dress code, gift preferences, allergies, whether it's a surprise
The surprise-party warning matters most of all. Put it in capitals at the top of the invitation and again at the bottom.

One birthday, one cake, and a house full of the people who love you.

Same time next year? Thanks for celebrating with us.
Print or Digital?
Digital gets a faster response and costs nothing — send the tall PNG in a group chat and most people reply the same day. Print works better for children's parties handed out at school, and for milestone birthdays where the invitation is part of the occasion. If you're printing, do a test page first and check the address is legible at actual size.
Set a countdown and drop the link into the same message so nobody has to ask how long is left.
